AVENUES Stage + Design is a premier home staging and design company offering tailored staging services to real estate agents, builders, investors and homeowners. Cumulatively, Mary Beth and Deepti have over 10 years of staging experience. Mary Beth is an Accredited Staging Professional Master (ASPM® ) while Deepti is an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP ® ). Both have earned designations as Certified Luxury Home Specialists (LHS ™ ) and Investor Staging Consultants (ISC ™)

Mary Beth Francisco has been expertly Staging the Carolinas since 2013. She is one of only a few ASPMs - Accredited Staging Professional Masters- in the region. She prides herself on the relationships she has with clients. Specializing in Occupied as well as Vacant listings, Mary Beth also leads the ReDesign division at AVENUES.

Mary Beth is active in local children's charities and passionate about her four children as well as her four legged rescue dogs.

Deepti Nayyar has a background in Real Estate , including REALTOR ® , Property Manager, Landlord and Developer. She understands the industry and market needs. Deepti has served on the board of the Charlotte Regional chapter of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP ® ) for the last 3 years and will be serving as President in 2020.

Deepti has earned an advanced business degree and has 12 years Investment Banking experience. She is also a 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and spends her free time with her husband and two daughters.
