They kept reducing the price and only got one miserable low-ball offer The seller relisted with me and I brought in Avenues Stage & Design and Mary Beth told us what to do. All together the seller invested $15,000 including the furniture staging (most of this cost was on paint, carpentry and lighting). The house was TRANSFORMED.
